NZ Marketing's social media management keeps local service businesses visible and credible on Instagram and Facebook, with a strategy, a monthly content plan, regular posting and active engagement all run for you. It is built to support leads rather than chase vanity metrics: the active profile that reassures a buyer who is about to call, connected to the same system that answers their message in seconds.

What social media does for a local service business
Most people check you out before they call. A homeowner who finds you on Yelp, Google or a neighbor's recommendation often opens your Instagram or Facebook first, to see whether you are real, active and any good at the work. An empty or abandoned profile plants doubt at the exact moment they are deciding; a current one, full of real jobs and the faces behind the business, removes it.
So for a service business, social media is not a popularity contest. The goal is not a huge follower number. It is reach to the right local audience, trust that closes the gap between interest and a phone call, and leads that come from both. Those are the three jobs we manage your social media to do: reach, trust and leads.
It also feeds the rest of your marketing. Fresh posts give your paid ads new creative to test, keep your Google Business Profile active, and give past customers a reason to remember you before they need you again.
What our social media management includes
Our social media management is done for you and runs as a continuous cycle, not a batch of posts and silence. A typical plan covers the work below.
Strategy and content plan
We start from your services, your service area and your best jobs, then build a monthly plan: what to post, when, and why each post exists, whether it is to show work, answer a common question, highlight a recent project or promote an offer.
Content creation
We turn your real work into posts: job photos and short video, before-and-after shots, team and behind-the-scenes moments, seasonal reminders and clean graphics, written in your voice with captions and local hashtags that help the right people find you.
Posting and scheduling
We publish on a consistent cadence so the profile never goes quiet, and schedule around the times your local audience is actually online.
Engagement and community management
We reply to comments, respond to direct messages and interact with local accounts and customers. An unanswered DM is a lost lead in the same way an unanswered call is.
Paid social
When it fits your goals, we run paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to put your strongest content and offers in front of a targeted local audience, and route the leads into the same response system as the rest of your marketing.
Instagram and Facebook management
Instagram management and Facebook management are the core of what we run for most clients, because that is where local buyers go to size up a service business. We manage NZ Marketing's own accounts the same way we would manage yours, so you can see the standard before you hire us: Instagram at @nz_marketing_agency and Facebook at @NZdesignmarketing.
Other platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile posting are added when they match your audience and you can realistically feed them. We would rather run two channels well than six badly.
Five stars on Google
NZ Marketing Agency doesn't just run ads; they create strategies that actually fit the nature of your business. I felt like they treated my store as their own, which built a lot of trust.

Google reviewWhere social media fits in your lead funnel
Social media on its own rarely books jobs the way paid search does. Its value shows when it works alongside everything else: the profile that makes a Yelp or Google ad convert, the content that earns a follow after someone reads your website, the presence that keeps you top of mind until the day a roof leaks or a system fails.
That is how we run it. NZ Marketing is a full-service Los Angeles marketing agency, and social is one layer of a system built to convert leads, not only to buy attention. We tie it to Yelp advertising, Google Ads management, SEO and AI search visibility and web design and maintenance, so the channels reinforce each other instead of pulling in different directions.
The layer that ties it all together is response speed. When a post, an ad or a message produces a lead, our own platform, NZLeads, triggers an instant reply by call, text and message, often in under 60 seconds, and our AI voice agents can pick up and qualify a call when your team cannot get to the phone. A post that generates a direct message you answer two hours later is a wasted post. We make sure the reply is immediate.
"Businesses today need more than just exposure. They need smart strategies that convert." Titto Manova, founder of NZ Marketing
Who we work with
Our focus is local service businesses, where trust and speed decide who wins the job: HVAC, roofing, plumbing, solar, and construction and remodeling. We also manage social media for restaurants, lawyers, doctors, auto services and other local service businesses that live on local demand.
NZ Marketing is based in Los Angeles and runs social media management in Los Angeles and for businesses across the United States. Being an LA agency means we understand a crowded, competitive local market; working nationwide means your location is never too far for us to serve fully.
What to expect from social media, honestly
We do not promise a follower count, a viral post or a fixed number of leads, because we will not put a figure in front of you that we cannot stand behind, and anyone who guarantees those is guessing. Social is a compounding channel: it builds reach and trust over months, and the return is steady rather than overnight.
What we will give you is a clear way to judge it. The numbers worth watching are these:
Reach and profile visits
how many local people your content actually puts you in front of.
Engagement that leads somewhere
saves, shares, profile taps and direct messages, not likes for their own sake.
Messages and leads
the DMs, calls and website clicks your social presence sends to your business, and how fast each one is answered.
We report these in plain numbers every month, and we will tell you honestly when social is not the best place for your next marketing dollar.
What social media management costs
Social media management is priced on the work involved: how many platforms you run, how often you post, whether we are also producing photo and video content, and whether paid social is part of the plan. A single-platform posting plan costs less than a multi-platform program with original video and ad management.
We scope the plan to your goals and put the exact figure in front of you before anything begins, so there are no surprises on the invoice. Ask us for a free audit and we will recommend a plan sized to your business and your market.
Frequently asked questions
Which social media platforms do you manage?
Instagram and Facebook for most clients, since that is where local buyers look up a service business. We add YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn or Google Business Profile posting when they fit your audience and you can sustain them. Running two channels well beats running six badly.
Will social media actually get me leads, or just likes?
It can produce leads directly, through direct messages, calls and website visits, but its bigger job for a service business is building trust and staying top of mind, which makes every other channel convert better. We measure messages and profile visits, not likes alone, and we connect any lead to instant response so it does not go cold.
Do you create the content, or do I have to supply it?
We create it. We turn your real jobs, photos and short clips into finished posts and write the captions. The more material you can share from the field, the stronger the feed, but you do not need to be a content producer yourself.
How often will you post?
On a consistent cadence that keeps your profile active without posting filler, set out in your content plan. Consistency matters more than volume: a quiet profile reads like a closed business, and that costs you leads.
Can social media management work with my Yelp and Google ads?
Yes, and that is how we prefer to run it. Social media, Yelp advertising, Google Ads and SEO reinforce each other, and all of them feed the same lead-response system, so a lead from any channel is answered fast.
